When Qi-Gong is practiced correctly, it harnesses one's own internal energy and can be used to heal, strengthen, and enrich one's vitality.
Active participants continue practicing Qi Gong for its simple techniques and progressive growth in physical, emotional and even spiritual development.
Program is guided by Shuren Ma whom has been practicing for over 55 years and teaching/helping locals in the DC Metro area for over 30 years.
Capital Qi-Gong was established to teach the mental and physical relaxation exercises of Qi-Gong for the improvement of personal health and vitality.
Consistent with our intention of providing a warm and nurturing environment for all participants, Capital Qi-Gong does not endorse or promote any religious, philosophical, or ideological viewpoints.
